We are renowned for our expertise in pizza bases and sauces. We produce pizza bases and sauces of high quality, using natural ingredients.

Our handmade pizza base is our speciality and we also specialise in making gorgeous thin and crispy wholemeal bases.

We also produce our own garlic and chilli sauce called “Mama Mina Special Sauce”. It is delicious and not too chilli!! Our menu is always changing but here are a few sample toppings.

For best results, we use mainly Mozzarella cheese The list of toppings below is not exhaustive. We have been asked to put chocolate on pizzas before!! But it gives you an idea of the more popular choices.
